These Terms of Service govern your use of the A&A Hydro Solutions website and the pressure washing services we provide in the Portland, Oregon area. By requesting a quote or booking a service, you agree to these terms.

Submitting our quote/booking form is a request for service, not a confirmed booking. We will contact you to confirm scope, pricing and scheduling. Prices shown on this website are starting prices; the final price is confirmed in your quote based on the size and condition of the area to be cleaned.

We provide exterior cleaning services including walls, sidewalks and driveways, mossy wall treatment, and roof and algae soft-washing. We take reasonable care to protect your property, plants and fixtures while working.

• Provide accurate contact and property information
• Ensure we have safe access to the areas to be cleaned
• Ensure water and power access where required for the job
• Let us know about any fragile surfaces, pre-existing damage or special concerns before work begins

Payment terms are confirmed with your quote. Unless otherwise agreed, payment is due on completion of the work.

We carry insurance and stand behind our work. To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim arising from our services is limited to the amount you paid for the service in question. We are not responsible for damage resulting from pre-existing conditions, hidden defects, or surfaces that cannot withstand standard cleaning methods.

Before/after photos on this site are illustrative examples of the results our services aim to achieve. Content on this website may not be copied or reused without our permission.

We may update these terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date.
